The most I've hit is 475, and that was on cycle. I haven't been able to lift in a few months cuz of all the shit that's going down.....and I've lost 30lbs!!!!

LOL...maybe ;) I started out as a powerlifter in HS...but have since changed to BBing. I am only 21, so a 475lb bench ain't too bad :fro:

Booby builders LOL!!

Well - my bf stays around 9% at the highest year-round. Gonna let it creep up some this winter and lower my reps on everything.
 
300 @ 20 years old @ a weight of 170lbs. 25 now and don't like to max out because of my shoulder surgeries.
 
I must point out that i havent touched that kinda weight on barbell rows for over 2 years.

Dont forget I spent feb 200 till this fall droppong weight.

Work with 225-250 these days for reps dependin on how I feel that day.Just always been decent with pulling versus push prob comes from wacking off too much since age 13.

Good news is that dieting shit is over and my strength is going back up so I can catch up with you pussies in about 10 years:D

For the guys who doubt peoples bench presses let me offer this.I have seen some people do some freaky shit with strength and by looking at them you would never know. I saw this guy who didnt look like he could press 135 pump out a strict rep with 405.

And some people do better on dumbells than barbells or on different ex for that matter.
