If one was to add arms on a seperate day, where would you suggest he place it. Here is my workout so far

Monday:Chest
Bench-4 sets
incline-4 sets
Flys -2 sets

Wed:Back
Lat Pull down-4 sets
T-bar Row-4 sets
Deadlift-3 sets

Frid:legs
Squats-4 sets
Leg curl-3 sets
leg ext-3 sets

Were would you all put arms....Thanks in advance
 
Why not toss in triceps on chest day, alternate grips on deadlifts (left hand over, right hand under one set, left hand under, right hand over the next) and toss in some bicep work on back day, and do forearms whenever works for you?

I mean, they're already getting hit during benches and stuff.
 
id switch pulldown with bentover row and add in reverse curls or something there.

id also take out flyes and cut all bench work down to 3 sets each and throw in 3 sets of dips and a couple sets of skulls or something to that effect (close grips maybe?)

throw in some overhead presses, laterals and shrugs on leg day.

i know you didnt ask, but id also get rid of leg extensions and put in front squats :).


do you train your abs/calves?
 
Pretty good program, but I would switch your leg day and back day. You do not want a fatigued back on leg day. Also, You can add arms on monday, delts on friday. Overall, good program!

Monday:Chest
Bench-4 sets
incline-4 sets
Flys -2 sets
+ Arm training (your selection of exercises)

Wed:legs
Squats-4 sets
Leg curl-3 sets
leg ext-3 sets
+ ab training (your selection of exercises)

Frid:Back
Lat Pull down-4 sets
T-bar Row-4 sets
Deadlift-3 sets
+ Deltoid training (your selection of exercises)

Thanks for the replys. My trics seem to get a great workout just from the pressing excersices I do..would just tossing skull crushers in be enough? My bis really dont get a pump on my back day...they get worked but not to the extent of my trics. Ill toss in cable curls and standing curls. Thanks for your help
