If one was to add arms on a seperate day, where would you suggest he place it. Here is my workout so far
Monday:Chest
Bench-4 sets
incline-4 sets
Flys -2 sets
Wed:Back
Lat Pull down-4 sets
T-bar Row-4 sets
Deadlift-3 sets
Frid:legs
Squats-4 sets
Leg curl-3 sets
leg ext-3 sets
Were would you all put arms....Thanks in advance
