I am about to saw my spare tire off with a hacksaw! Seriously, I have been working hard to eat perfectly and it just isnt goining away. My waist is staying at 33 inches and I really need to get rid of this fat. Its like a mini bike tire...I am like 13%bf now I think. Should I switch to interval aerobic training? The running 30 minutes is just not working and I really have a very clean diet. Same for my girlfriend, she is not losing any fat and is eating very clean as well. It has to be in the aerobic area, I dont know what else to do- I am 5'11" 183 pounds, I am not fat but these little love handles completely ruin my physique, everywhere else I look pretty good. What can I do?
