is there a phase for any of you where you get the body you want and then just maintain it with weight training, and not focusing on diet? i guess i am just hoping for a point where i get the body i want and then dont have to work as hard (diet) to keep it. the way i see it is that i have no trouble staying slightly out of shape and eating what i want while staying active, so that leads me to believe, that if i am in shape and just as active, then i should be able to keep in the shape im trying to get in. i guess i am wondering if anyone else feels like this too, or if mostly you plan on dieting forever.
