LOL well in that case, thank you. I know what you mean tho, I'm so tired of hearing that too.

Good luck with your goal Psyched, and keep eatin' them carbs. Yeah they do have a protein sparing effect. Oh and nice avie, Hilary is fine as hell.
 
I don't want to overstate the obvious, but if you're worried about carb sensitivity, use gluc-r, if you're not already.
 
there's the thing. if you are actually carb sensitive then cutting on that many carbs could very well be difficult. you'll have to see how things go after a few weeks. myself, i can't get that high with carbs when cutting, highest i can go is 200 and that is all after training in my shake and ppwo meal.

absolutely, when im training really hard and often i need the carbs to recover for the next workout.
