Anyone here hit sub 10% bf on 300+ carbs per day?

I am trying to do it right now, and not sure how it is going to go.

Diet is about 300 carbs, 300 protein, and 50 fat.

Doing AM cardio every 2nd day, and training with weights on oppossing days.

So far it seems to be going good, but time will tell.

So has anyone here got to that low a bf% on that many carbs?

Yes, no reason why it shouldn't work. Obviously you'd be eating the majority of your carbs in the morning and around your workouts.

How long have you been dieting like this? regardless of ratios, if you are experiencing a stall, it might be simply adaptation. Try changing things a bit (like decreasing carbs and increasing prot/fats) to see if that is an issue... If you are having sucess with your current diet I wouldn't think you are overly carb-sensitive, though...

Carb-cycling is another path you may want to try.

However, if it's not broken, don't fix it.

of course you can. While carbs do make you hold some water, carbs. do not make you hold more fat or make you fat.
Yes, it is a good answer cause it's very simplistic. Something anybody who knows anything about nutrition should already know.

Anywho, good to hear there are other people doing this. I've hit 7% a few times in my day, but it usually took about 100 grams of carbs per day. Supposedly carbs have a protein sparing effect as well. So I am looking forward to that.

This diet hasn't been going on for long at all. 10 days maybe. So I am still progressing.

The carbs sensitive thing has me worried a bit though. I am quite carb-sensitive usually. Doesn't seem to be as bad lately.

I actually ain't really hitting up most carbs before my workout and after. Its all balanced throughout the day. I work hard labor, so I think its not an issue. My first 5 meals of the day all have 60 carbs eat. My last one has zero carbs.
