I've developed really bad tendinitis in my knees from squatting, running, and jumping, and probably overtraining the past few months. I warmup for a good 5-10 minutes and strecth for another 5 before every workout, but it still hurts. I also ice about 3 times a day and take anti-inflammatories. I may have to stop squatting for a week or 2 or at least go really light, but I don't want to give up this exercise permanantly. Has anyone else had this condition and how did you remedy it?
