I agree that my diet could help with bloating but that shouldn't make a difference for the point I'm trying to make. I was eating about 3700kcal a day for maintenance roughly, and was not experiencing any troublesome bloat. I start the fina and eq, and only change my diet by adding 1.5 cups of brown rice daily. Now I'm up 10lbs in 7 days. Hhhmmmm. Happened last time and the time before and when I came off of fina/winny couple cycles ago, I didn't change my diet and yet still lost a bunch of water and an inch off the waist. Hmmmmmm. Aaaaannnnnddd, I'm not the only one. Obviously, lowering sodium would help but if fina didn't cause bloat for me, then since sodium intake has hardly changed neither should the amount of bloat. I rest my case Professor Peabody.
