In response to the bulk thread. I have been dieting for the last two months or so (moderate diet too) and I have seen great results but it is depressing at times. I keep getting the "Have you lost weight Mike?" "Did you get skinnier man?" "You still lifting?" I mean crap yeah I lost some weight but Im not totally emaciated at 215-220lbs and Im just as strong as I was when I weighed 240lbs. Sometimes I just want to carb the hell up and bloat up like a fish just so I can appear "big" again. Anyone else experience this? I dont feel like I lost a lot of muslce but Im obviously leaner to a lot of people. Like when my shirt is off Im really happy with how I look, but I just dont fill out clothes like I used to.
