Yeah, when I first started lifting I used his Encyclopedia of Modern Bodybuilding as a reference (the original, not updated one). Its an awesome book by the way. Has thousands of pics of all the great bodybuilders.
Anyhow, I used his beginner training program, and boy did it kick my ass. I can't begin to even imagine doing his advanced program. I can't remember exactly how the routines went, but there were an insane amount of sets and exercises. I did grow like a weed, but I was a teenager and was eating like a horse.
It'll probably work better for someone on juice, then who is natural.
