if somebody gets injured bad enough, they go in for rehab. i've heard of people going in for like 2 hours a couple times a week. is it possible to overtrain anything doing lots of rehab work?

also, can the core (abs, glutes, obliques, etc) get overtrained? it would be nice to do some core work every other day, at least having some of that time being light, extra workouts..

If the 'extra' work is light and non-taxing enough...sure you can do it every other day.

jeremys, if you go to elitefts, and look at Bob Youngs workout (I think it's in there), he does extra workouts almost every morning. He does them for TIME. I think he told me around 10 minutes or so. I'll have to look back through my email.
