Well, starting to pick it up again getting ready for STL. No luck in finding any kegs to train with, but this is a start. Thought that I would go light in the gym and start to pick my events up, working on speed mainly. I plan to go light on my events for a week or two, working on speed and technique mainly. Hope to add weight on all events next week and really start to get serious about my training.

That is it...I am exhausted!!! Going to do some reverse hypers and abs before bed along with lots of stretching
. Total workout took about 3 hours from start to finish...maybe a little under. Can't wait till next Sunday...should have some good wooden farmers and the rest of my hussefeld stones should be cut down to a decent size.
I included a pic of my buddy Cheese doing the tire so that you can see the height of it. He is about 6'2"...like me. It is a 22ply...not exciting. I also included a pic of my buddy Bover getting ready for the Hussefeld Stone...he made me 5 of them...this is one of the smallest.
