J jerkbox New member Platinum Jun 4, 2003 #1 405 tonight after a miss last week....last week grip failed first, so I had to bust out the old straps....went up pretty easy. No belt. I can see myself pulling 500 before too long. This calls for some pink dancing elephants!

J jerkbox New member Platinum Jun 5, 2003 #8 damn I am sore today, and my bad knee is awfully stiff.....I went on to do 2 sets of snatch grip rack deads..... tonight's leg workout is gonna be tough...lol and yes 4 plates is an awesome feeling....I can't wait to do more
