Last week I posted about feeling pain on the first rep when I did weighted dips.
Pillsbury was adamant that I was "moving" too much... and not focusing into the movement from the start.
I thought it was stupid and dismissed it completely.
Well, almost completely. Today I did weighted dips and decided to put his theory to the test.
He was absolutely correct.
