1. Let her be on top or in control. She'll be more relaxed for her first time.
2. Use plenty of good lube.
3. Go slow and let her control how much & fast.
4. Use plenty of good lube.

I would include a deep cleaning first. You can shop online at sexshops, special enema kits used by pornstars. That depends on you tho...For me what is inside is a turn off. If it's clean, that's yummy.

first time I think the best way is spooning your girl, thats how I did it w/ mine. Make sure you BOTH lube, some in her, and then alot on you, you both have to lube, very important. Go slow and only halfway in until your into it for a few minutes. The muscles need time to expand and relax, if you can make it w/ her past the 2-3 min mark your gold bro. The first few times you do it w/ her either spoon or have her get on top. Be careful, go slow, and use alot of lube.
