Almost had a Court Order to have Random Steroid Testing

OK, heres the scenario, I was talking to one of my ex girlfriends in sept, one night she came up to visit me, i had an interview so i went to bed early, her friend was fucking one of my roomates so she had to wait for her, so this bitch hooks up with my roomate wheile i slept, well i found out and told the bitch never to come back again, a month later im coming home from the bar and she is standing in my living room, im like what the fuck, so i grab her by her shoulders and throw her out of my place,...

next day, I am arrested for assult and battery, this bitch said i grabbed her by her throat and put her in a head lock

so i have my pre trial conference yesterday, and i decide that i want to have a continuation wth probation instead of draggin this out to trial over the next few years, here are the arrangements for my probation

50$ in Court fees
50$ or 8 hrs of community service a month (for 10 months -til OCt)
enrollment in a Domestic Violence Program AT MY COST (its weekly)

That ho argues that I was on a steroid rage (she knew i was on) so she goes sidebar with the judge and starts crying because she was so affraid, they wouldnt even let me go side bar to defend myself because she thought that i was gonna attck her in court... bitch

The judge tried to impose random drug tests AND random steroid test...so i get down to probation and they are like its at your own expense....i was like thats like 150$ a pop...i went back to the judge and was like i cant afford this shit (i didnt say shit
) so he ended up taking it away AND the drug testing

Basically i gt this ho stalking my ass and i cant do shit about it, i cant even get a restraining order against her because she hasnt "physically harmed me", i guess i have to wait til she stabs me before i can get anyhing.....

its such a grey area for guys when it comes to this type of shit, it seems that we are the ones that always get fu**ed over....its bullshit

she didnt even go to a hospital or have any marks on her body whatsoever....it was her word vs mine....

I do not think the critiria for a restraining order includes past physical harm? That would kind of defeat the purpose of a it.

I feel for you bro. The courts are biased when it come to domestic violence. I had an ex claim I hit her and the police came for me. (I could not be found.) She cooled off but the police still tracked me down. Once the alligation has been made, the police have to take action. I got kicked out of my own house.

Here she was 5'2" crying wolf and here I was 5'9" and 205lbs at the time. I did not stand a chance eventhough I did nothing...

Play it cool and stay low...if she is stalking you get witnesses or better yet keep a video camera with you and catch her on tape.

in the state of mass you, there has to be some physical threat or past harm in order to issue one, basically she can come and dance on my front yard and i would have to leave my house cause i have to be 1000 feet away, keep in mind this ho live, works , and goes to school in CT, she drove to Mass to come harass me......

I feel for ya, the courts seem to always believe the women for some reason(as if they dont ever lie) When I was 17 I got this chick pregnant. I do not condone abortion, so we planned on getting married and doing things right. Not to long after I found out that she had been fucking my best friend.
