Try this out for some serious calories and mass:

16oz skim milk
1 banana
1 to 2 tbsp peanut butter
2 scoops protein powder (i use chocolate)
1 tbsp flax seed oil
2 to 3 raw eggs
1 to 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream (optional)
1/4 to 1/2 cup lowfat vanilla ice cream (optional)

Tons of calories and protein in this biotch, and it tastes good as hell. You can drop the cream and ice cream if you dont want too many calories and are stayin more lean, but if youre tryin to pack in extra calories and protein, especially for all you, umm... "supplement" takers, then this is a good one. Tell me what you think...

No, its not really that thick. if you want it thinner still though, dont put the heavy whipping cream, and use 1 tbsp peanut butter. Try it, you'll like it.

One other good idea to add to any shake is dry baby food like oatmeal or rice…
Mixes well with water or milk and has lots of natural vitamins and low to no fat!

only thing i question is raw eggs i used to use them too but i heard it was dangerous
 
Killer shake! A bit thick for my liking, so I nixed the heavy cream and cut the ice cream in half and had a better consistancy. I tried this about 6 weeks ago - 10 lbs in about 2 weeks. Unfortunately, most of it went to my belly.
