Well, try to flex your pecs, without moving your arms.
For the guys with decent developed pecs it shouldnt be difficult to see something moving in their shirt.
What moves are mostly the lower pecs as the shoulder girdle is pulled down to perform this motion.
I know very little people who can perform static upper-pec contractions without moving the arms.
What needs to be done is that the shouldergirdle needs to be raises and flexed forward. This action is PERFORMED by the FRONTAL TRAPS, so hit these suckerz hard !!!
