if you're ordering from the US Bro.....you need to realize the consequences that come along with that. Customs always have a possibility of slowing things up time wise. and occasionally, maybe things get seized.

they're one of the most reputable companies on this board. be patient, and if naything just follow up with them, see if they have a confirmation # (which they do for all domestic stuff)

First, you ordered 14 days ago, your package was not shipped 14 days ago. After ordering, it takes 24-72 hours to process the order and 24-72 BUSINESS hours to ship the order. (this is clearly disclaimed on our website) Thus, your order has only been en-route about 8 days.

Second, when ordering from other countries, I'm sure you understand there are CUSTOMS involved. All of this takes time, from processing to release to delivery. We are not a UK company, so expect your order to take anywhere from 14-17 business days coming to UK.

US orders take about 3-4 business days.

I use a full dropper. I mean...I would use a full dropper. ....Theoretically...if I needed help...I mean..errm...

A full dose is one full dropper. I never do anything, but gauge it by eye when using half or 1/4 amounts because it's really not hard to tell.
