Get your diet right first before you start taking any stimulants or any special herbs for that matter.
I can't believe that no one has pointed out that you are eating next to nothing. Sounds to me like you are barely getting in 100g of protein. Barely any fats and efa's.
You can choose your diet. But if you are like me and sensitive to carbs, I would do a CKD or some sort of keto diet.
I wouldn't drink any milk. If you are going to eat carbs, especially bread make sure it is flourless. I don't know if gluten free equates to flourless.
You are eating how my wife was eating... Then I put her on a better diet, high protein, moderate fat all efa's and very low carb. She's lost 15lbs in 10 weeks and she looks like she is 18 again...(She's only 26, but still.)
Your cardio looks good. Just make sure you eat enough. 6 meals if you can. I'd eat at least your body weight in carbs. My wife weighs 120lbs now and she eats 200g protein/day, 100g fat, 150 carbs. She dropped her carbs to under 100 when she was tryin to lose.
