Advice on lean mass cycle - *Gyno Prone*

Hey guys,

Seeking advice on a cycle for gaining lean mass. This will be my third cycle. I am very gyno prone. I had gyno surgery 7 months ago (bi-lateral excision). It has been almost 2 years since I last cycled.

For my next cycle, I was thinking:

W 1-14: Adex - 1mg ED
W 2-12: Test E - 400mg/wk
W 2-8: Tbol - 40-60mg ED
W 14-18 Nolva - 40/40/20/20
W 14-18 Clomid - 100/100/50/50

In the past, I did not run an AI...which I know was stupid. I jumped on nolva when I had signs of gyno, which worked during the cycle. All of the gyno mass went away in my PCT and I felt fine... until out of nowhere 3 months later I had a bad gyno outbreak, resulting in surgery.

Do you think that taking the adex 2 weeks before the cycle and throughout the entire cycle up until i begin pct is a good idea?

Is 1mg ED too high? would .5mg ED be more appropriate?

I have also considered running anavar instead of tbol- but I have tried both in the past and gained much more size off tbol (as you would expect).

On a side note: I also currently have scar tissue where the gyno was removed. 2 weeks ago I began cortisone injections for the scar tissue (kenalog ?40?) administered by my surgeon. He is confident that it will shrink the scar tissue substantially. I go back for another injection in about 5 weeks.

Does anyone know if cortisone will have any effect on the AAS or visa versa? I have a friend who is a doctor and he said that he doesn't think AAS will have any effect on the cortisone - but he has no personal experience with cortisone.

Initially I wanted to wait until everything was resolved in terms of scar tissue before cycling... but I am already months behind when I wanted to start my cycle and I'm tired of waiting...

In addition... I would love to hear some stories from people who cycled after gyno surgery and what precautions they took. I see many threads online entitled " first cycle after gyno surgery" but none of them show the cycle results!

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks.

did you have both nips surgery or just one?

most of the time the doctor will take out the shit in there that creates gyno, you should still take an AI though.

I hate adex and love aromasin.

I had gyno surgery roughly 4 years ago. just started cycling two years ago, mine was from childhood and I was never even fat.

oh and no cortisone wont affect the juice or vice versa
and taking your AI the day you start your cycle through pct is fine

what are your stats? Height, weight...etc...etc...

5'9"
190lbs
25 years old
training for 6 years
done 2 cycles:

test e + anadrol
test e + tbol + anavar

had gyno from puberty but went away and came back when I did my first cycle. It went away with nolva no problem. Second cycle had sensitive nips 3 weeks into test E and tbol cycle. Took nolva and sensitivity went away, the masses went away completely in my nolva/clomid pct. 3 months later it came back basically overnight with no warning signs (puffiness, itchiness). Had the surgery 7 months later... (it was quite the process to get it done)

ask your doc if he took out the gland.

I had the surgery on both sides. It was far worse on my left than my right tho. The surgeon told me he took out as much breast tissue as possible. He said it is IMPOSSIBLE to remove all of the tissue - not only because it will leave you indented... but becasue the tissue goes all the way to the top of your chest and basically cant be reached through the small nipple incision.

the reason I brought up starting adex 2 weeks earlier than the cycle is because i heard it takes 2 weeks to build up fully in your system.

do you think 1mg is too high of a dose? I have a friend who is gyno prone and he runs 1mg adex ED starting 4 weeks into his cycle.

you think I should run the adex all the way through my cycle up until the end of my pct? I read that it is best to switch to nolva for pct - i'll continue looking into it tho.

have you had any problems with gyno since your surgery? what precautions have you taken in terms of AI's and pct? What gear did you run in your cycles? Very curious as there are many different kinds of juice i've always wanted to run (dbol, deca, tren) but I know they are terrible for gyno so I am avoiding them.

thanks for the reply bro

ask your doc if he took out the gland.

I wont be seeing him for about a month and i'm hoping to start my cycle before that. I made it very clear to him that I did not want to ever have to deal with this problem again and that I wanted him to take everything out. minutes after I woke up after my surgery the surgeon walked by and said "we got it all out." So I would assume that means he took out the entire gland. I will bring it up again when I see him in a month. I do have residual breast tissue tho, as it is impossible to remove completely without leaving an indent and because it reaches the upper area of the chest. He said he took out as much breast tissue as possible using a "feathering technique" - shaving the breast tissue down from the upper area of my chest to the bottom to reduce the size of the indent.

I really don't know about adex.. I am a huge fan about aromasin since it is a estrogen suicide inhibitor. to my knowledge adex doesn't kill the estro.

12.5 mgs exemestane does always done me right.

I have done dbol, deca, test, prop, eq, tren A .... currently on tren E.

never had a problem or any gyno symptoms.

PCT I have always done clomid and recovered just fine. I do hcg during cycle when ever I score some.
