This is all in the diet. You need to increase your protein levels, with or without a cycle in order to preserve muscle. If you are lifting heavy and keeping your protein levels high, muscle loss will be minimal. It's something that is highly overrated and can be controlled, to a large degree, through diet.
I have no experience in women and tren as I'd never touch the stuff. I, personally, am not a primo fan but lots of women love it and see good results from it. I also like winny, while a lot of women hate it, but I'd make sure you take an equal amount of time off from the tren before you start something else and it's always good to run a new compound alone, before stacking it, so if you do experience negative sides, you'll know which is causing it.
Also not a fan of primo if you are fine with the chance your hair could shed than have at it.
Also my concerns with Tren are not infertility rather viralization which is perminant voice dropping clit growing facial hair growing etc..
As Cali said diet's really the key to gain or loses etc. nutrition should be the first factor than supplements.
