Advice for EC stack

Stats:
Height ; 5'11
Weight ; 240~
BF ; 20%~
Caloric intake ; 2500~

Now that thats out of the way, I picked up some EC today for the 2nd time. First time around I got it I was just taking the ephedrine in the morning when i woke up, and the caffeine before going to the gym, and that would be the end of it. I did some research about it in the past when I first got it(2 years ago?) and alot of stuff I found basically was warning me of the dangerous of EC, so it got me rather worried. I was wondering if anyone knew how to take this stuff effectively, since the bottles will not really tell you anything except that it is a nasal decongestant. My goals are to drop around 45lbs(Incase you need to know this for the doses I should be taking, and how often.) and I do not take any other stimulants what so ever, no pumpers, no recovery supplements, nothing except CLA, Ketones, and green tea extract. Any advice on this stuff would be great, thanks guys
 
I would put you closer to 25-30%. Regardless at this point the primary focus needs to be on tje workouts and cardio. I personally wouldnt mess with even the ec stack until you drop about 15 pounds first. With extra weight on you there is already excess strain on your system. The ec stack will add additional strain you dont need at this point.

Crap, I've been using it lol. Only been taking 1 200mg tablet of caffeine and 1 8mg tablet of ephedrine per day though(Usually 30mins before training)
