BAC has it for cheap, but I had to take a crap load(10g daily) in order to get good results. I read somewhere your body can only absorb so much, the rest is just pissed out. I get better results on KAL 1000mg Time Release tabs, 5g clears everything up, 3g to maintain. You should be able to pick them up at local health food stores i.e. Wild Oats. For the dosages requires, 500mg tabs at GNC can get expensive. Not sure about it being hard on your kidneys, been taking it for over a year now without any problems. But I also drink 2.0 gallons h20 daily, which also may help with clearing the skin up. Helps to keep skin moist and remove toxins from your body.

I went back to that pharmacy today to take back that shit he tried to push on me. This time the owner was there and he said I was crazy that they dont make B-5. He is a old burned out drug dealer anyway. I started to hit him in the mouth but didnt want to go to jail. Also, my GNC sucks, they dont have it. I guess I will order it off the net. this place has b5 powder from NOW for $14.39 for 8oz. thats more than 200 grams. I hope it saves you guys some money. The initial dose is supposed to be 10 grams for about 3 months and this is the best deal I could find.
