ok.. crazy couple of days... now gym for 3 days.. i am hitting it tomorrow. i am gonna weigh myself tomorrow.. i have been hovering at 132.... hmmmm... and i feel like shit this week too! blah!!

8am - 1 cup green tea
vit-c x1000 mg
300mgs fish oil omega 3s
2 fat burners

830am - 30 MINUTE RUN ON PAVEMENT WITH SPRINT INTERVALS


10am - 4 egg whts/1/2 cup oats
1 scoop nitro tech protein shake
1 cup green tea
vit-c x1000 mg, multi-vit, 300 mgs fish oil omega 3s, B-12,

1230pm - 4 oz tuna/1/2 cup brown rice/1 cup brocc on M, W, F..... 4 oz salmon on T, TH, SAT and SUN

1pm - OFF

230pm - 1 scoop nitro tech protein shake
flax seed
vit c x1000mg
potassium
300 mgs fish oils omega 3s
1 cup green tea

430pm - 4 egg whts/yogurt/ezekiel bread

730pm - 4 oz grnd turkey/1 cup brocc on M, W, F.... 4 oz salmon on T, TH, SAT and SUN

930pm - 1 scoop nitro tech protein shake

165 grms protein
151 grms carbs
1740 calories
 
Don't let it discourage you... so much is psychological. I can eat a heavy meal and swear my hips grew 3 inches.... self perception is not always accurate, hang in there sweets!!!

OK.........REVAMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! melaina... i worked out with bikinimom today and it was great!!!!!! she says hi by the way and she misses you!! i have changed my diet today. just minor changes... but changes non the less.

NO MORE MORNING CARDIO... CRAP!

11am - 6 oz tuna/1/2 cup brown rice/1 cup vegs

1pm - SHOULDERS AND ABS WITH BIKINIMOM!!!

i am staring needto's 19-tren and dieselbolan tomorrow. i will be cycling it for 6 weeks. i am going to start with 1 capsule (30mg) tren and 1 capsule (25mg) dieselbolan 1 hour before my 1pm workout. and thats that.

hey tami... yea, she is a total ass kicker in the gym!!! OMG!!! i have never been this sore in my life. being a runner, i never got sore, NOT ANYMORE!! its great though. she is wonderful!

ok.... i started the tren and diesel yesterday.... i am doing 1tren/1 diesel at 1200 and 1 tren/1 diesel at 730pm... its only day two. nothing different. i did push 40 pounds dbl's with bikinimom... i have never done that before.. but then again, i have never worked out with someone that intense before... i think i was skeerd!! hee hee!!
