ok... status on my tren and diesel.... i have been taking it for 4 days now. sensations... well... i feel a mental intensity in the gym and i have a bit more stamina during my weight training. but, i am working out with bikinimom and i dont know if its her intensity... i DO feel stronger though. physical... my voice has gotten a little deeper, doesnt bother me. nothing else to report on the physical side. ummm... nope.. nothing. ohhhh.... i am so hungry i could eat the rear end out of a teddy bear.:RADAR.. thats for sure!! ok, thats it....... peace out!!


8am - 1/2 cup oatmeal/4 egg whts/coffee x2 cups
vit-c x1000 mg, 300mgs fish oil omega 3s, st johns wort, multi vit

ok... i awoke this morning at 0630 and thought my stomach was eating my large intestines. OMG.... i have never been pregnant, but i think the hungar i am experiencing would be much like that. gawd daum! very strong in the gym. i shoulder pressed 45 pound dbls x5 with BM..... i have NEVER pushed that kind of weight. its a little intimidating, being a runner, but i can definately get used to it. keep in mind, i weighed a constant 117 pounds up until the age of 38...ohhh... speaking of, i jumped on the scale today and i am at 134 pounds. 14 %BF and i went from 35 inch chest last month to 36.5 today. my waist went up to 30 inches from 29.

i am willing to bet it you added in some healthy fats (nuts/pb) with that last meal, especially since its only a shake, that it should help keep you sustained a bit more through the night and not awake to such hunger pains.

NICE workout though!! coming right along I see! :)

girl...... i did the pb last night.... but i slapped it between to pieces of whole grain bread!!!! it helped and i slept through until 0800 and was fine. that was a great piece of info!!! thanx girl!:)

ok... i changed it up with bikinimom today.. we did water aerobics and it kicked my azz!! if you have never met bikinimom in person, i am here to tell you, she IS what she portrays! WOW!!! what a wonderful woman, she has helped me so much!

so, i am taking the tren and diesel... when i started taking it, i was thinking, dont let this placebo your state of mind. i didnt want to "assume" things were happening to me because of what other people said they were experiencing. so here goes..... i have stated i have been a runner, have fast twitch muscles and am long and lean. needless to say, the affect that has had on a body is, NO STRENGTH..... yuk!! you cant fake strength. i am experiencing intense strength. so much that it is awkward to handle. i am picking up 45 pounds plates and slinging them around effortlessly. i am not complaining, i WILL get very used to this! with that, my appetite has hightened. my workouts are very hard and when i eat i can almost feel the proteins abosorbing into my system right then. i also feel hyper-sensitive to my body now, more aware of how it is behaving. its so different from running, you just put your shoes on and go..... this is a completely different animal!! clear mind and strong body.... fantastic!!!

i am off from the gym today and tomorrow. i am completely sore from head to toes.:theranger OMG!!! i have never felt like this. its good though. i feel intensly strong and at this point i have NOTHING negative to report with the tren and diesel. no "body" issues with skin, girl parts... nothing. my measurements as of yesterday are:

height 5'6"
weight 134
bf 15%

neck: 13 1/2
shoulders: 41"
chest 36 1/2"
bi's: R 12 1/2" L 12"
waist: 30"
hips: 38"
thighs: R-20" L-19 1/2
calves: R 13-1/2" L-12 1/2"

my measurement on my legs are strange.... thats because my right leg is 1/2 inch shorter than my left leg..... overcompensation, and i dont know how to overcome it.... ANY ADVICE?

i cannot wait to see what happens over the next few weeks. my ONLY regret is that stacey is not here to do this with me. on one hand i am sad, and on the other i am excited. such conflicting emotions are exhausting. i miss my twin:(

i will keep you posted!!

no workout today. me and bikinimom will be doing another 5 day workout plan. i am going to start something different in my journaling this week; i am going to log what exercises i do and the weight i am doing; i am curious as to how strong i am getting. week 3 with bikinimom should be an azz kicker and i am looking forward to it. maybe she'll make me puke! :sick:

ok.... very intresting.... first off, i have am not experiencing ANY foul side effects from the tren or diesel, NOTHING. i am still experiencing extreme strength and endurance; also a driven mental focus. i always wondered why men could stay so sharp and focused on their goals. at times i have always been flipid or whishy whashy with my decisions... but i am EXTREMELY focused and sure... SO..... i looked it up... AND VOILA!!!!! there IS a direct correlation with testosterone and mental clarity... that is why men have a natural tendancy to be driven! fantastic!!:idea:

johnson and johnson completed a study and this is what they said:

Testosterone is most commonly prescribed form of hormone replacement in men 35 and older in the United States. Testosterone replacement has been proven to decrease many aging symptoms that men over 35 suffer due to low testosterone levels. Many of the aging deficiencies realted to low testosterone levels are attributed to weight gain, low sex drive, mood swings, decreased lean muscle mass and deminishing strenght and mental clarity. Some of the most significant testosterone deficiency symdromes are Andropause and Hypogonadism. Andropause is the male equivalent of menopause in women, while Hypogonadism is both apparent in both men and women who suffer form abnormal levels of testosterone. Testosterone replacement therapy can administered in several ways, injections, creams, gels, tablets and pellets.

experiment: can tracey do 120 pound bench press for 1 rep? i weigh 134, mind you....

answer: HELLZ YEA!!! :fistfullo

yesterday i did legs. me and BM did a superset on the leg press. this is what we did....

3 sets x50 @160 pounds!!!!!!!!!!! yes, i did 160 pounds for 150 reps!!! OMG..... i have never done a workout like that before. now, my max at this last month was 250 pounds. I WISHED I HAD DONE A MAX REP... but we were too into the workout and i didnt think of it.

DAY 12 ON TREN/DIESEL: still NO negative side effects from the tren/diesel, skin is smooth girl parts are fine. very strong, very focused with lots of stamina. my intense hunger has faded. FANTASTIC!!!! physically i have noticed that my deltoids are beginning to broaden and round out. i will be taking measurements friday, i cant wait to see the results.

today we are changing it up and getting in the pool. i will need this, when i got up this morning i felt like my glutes had been filet'd!!!:theranger

diet it still the same... PEACE OUT!!
