As many of you notice the site is having a few glitches right now. We have seen all the threads being made and its not needed guys. NO your not special and its not just your account. It is the entire site and it is getting worked on as we speak.
For the past several months up to a year we have all noticed the glitches in the site. Post buttons not working, double post out of no where, Search functions not working, threads going missing, Virus after virus, and problems of all kinds.
Since the loss of digger elites system has suffered and we have all felt it. Recently New employees have been hired to help with customer support, fixing member accounts and other admin duties. My wife angel and a close life long friend of mine Rita were hired at the start of this month and they are currently getting transitioned into there admen positions over time.
Right now the systems are being worked on and you will all experience a few technical glitches from time to time. This is site wide not just your user account. However if you feel you are having trouble with your account that is above what the entire site is experiencing you can contact angel by pm to her angel account for now. Later this month She will have a ef phone line open as well as a email and a new EF-shanna account. Also a assistant EF-Rita will be available later this month to help the members as well.
The technical glitches we are all experiencing right now are only temporary and will be fixed momentarily. Please keep the complaining and threads dogging the situation to your self. As all of you have seen over the past year the system has had major problems and well everything is getting fixed we are all in this together as we deal with some site problems.
I am asking for your support as members of the site we all know and love. The problems are not going to get fixed with just the flick of a switch. However they are getting fixed now. When this is over elite will be running smooth again and will be better then it has been this pas year.
Customer support will no longer be a joke we all laugh about in conversations. Problems with members accounts will get fixed in a timely manner, Some one will be there to answer emails,phone calls and pm's. Angel, My self, Rita, Rick and others will be here constantly for the members and this site and elitefitness will finally have a customer service that it needs to complement our great forums.
