A good rant about something I just started to incorporate into my diet.

Rice Cakes!

They taste delicous and are made from whole wheat rice.

They are ready instantly and are convienient.

Each mini cake has 7gr carbs, 0.1gr sugar, 0.5gr fat, 0.5gr protien.

Its really easy to down quite a few which makes eating a lot of food much eaisier.

With a GI of 110, I'd stay away from them ...

Though, being WW, I'm not exactly sure what that GI is, but the original RC are high :)

rice cakes

regardless of gi look its only got 1 gram sugar and 7 grams overall and if u eat it with ANYTHING else the gi should go down but still lets say every gram of carb magically turns to fat which it cant because OF the carbs that DO turn into fat it takes another 20% OF THEM to make the fat, but for the sake of argument and cause everyone knows carbs are magic little devils that make you fat lets say u put it in your mouth and it all turns into fat thats still only 7x4=28 +.5 (the fat already there) 28.5\9=like 4. so u can get a max of 4 g fat from each one but you really cant and besides the fact that if they did all turn into fat then ud just burn whatever other carbs u ate till ur insulin level went back down and then ud burn those 4g. So just stay within your caloric limit and munch away.
