ok.
been dieting for 11 weeks! (which is much longer than i wanted)
been doing carbcyckling, 6 days high protein, high fat and low carbs.
50%protein 30%fat and 20% carbs
and 1 day high 50%protein 5-700carbs and little fat.
i doesnt work any more....ive been dropping some serious weight but now im standing still.
+ that im seriously starving!
been reading that this diet (ckd, that i want to do), will help me whit my cravings after a while.
had my high carb day today, ate my last carbmeal just a while ago.
but now i just want to get done whit dieting and get in shape....setting a goal for 4 weeks now.
after that its time for my first cycle and some serious growing!
got my upper 4 abs visible, and can see the outer walls on 2 abs under my 4 my so proberbly 11-13 bf.
been reading about the ckd diet and want to jump right on it tomorrow (thats why im in a hurry)
as i have read ive understand that its verry small amount of protein, 1 g per lbs...but what do i know.
and the rest of the cals should come from fat....and im supposed to keep under 40-30 grams of carbs a day, or lower to get into ketosis.
im right now eating 2100 cals a day when doing lowcarb days.
weighting about 83-84 kgs
i know that much better details would be optional but can someone post an example how i should write this diet up?
this was my idea:
84 kgs=185 pounds
185 g protein = 740 cals
151 g fat = 1360 cals this is about 2100 cals
this would be a low day.
and one day a week ill have a high day when i eat same amount of protein and try to get 800-850 g of carbs.
1. is the diet correct, does it look good?
2. when im done, how do i plan the rebound to a normal ratio of nutrions and getting to my build mass fase?
