i had someone throw 2 big smelly cups of pure rotton poop on me 1 day. that is really awesome. the smell got in my nose and i was smelling that shit for a few days, it was fukkin horrible

was at work guy was locked in a cell for 23 hrs a day, i opened the little slot to give him his food and out came 2 cups of shit, the first one hit my leg and i was like wtf, once the 2nd hit i figured out wtf was going on, he was pissed about something and i was the lucky guy to open his slot first, ididnt do shit

It depends on how they were masturbating, IMO.

If he was trying to at least be discreet and did it under the covers or something that is ridiculous that they would waste the money to prosecute.

On the other hand, I've had to go to jails to visit clients and the men would rub themselves as you walk by and say lewd things, etc. At the county jail in Cincinnati, the men will take it out and start jerking while they look out the windows at the women going by. They are being intentionally lewd and calling out to the women, etc. That is a different thing.

The story is too vague to draw a conclusion as to what was going on.
