I really shound... thinking about going in for some cardio.... it's hard for me not to lift while i'm there though. Might take it off do some nessery cooking, ect... and kill it tomorrow with chest :evil:

UPDATE:

Chest workout friday was beyond me... it was fuggin' great, energy was up... blasted through set after set and finished with some bi work.

today (sunday afternoon) blasted out some cardio and "light" leg work.

diet is back on point after being 1/2 ass for about 1.5 days, lol... sooo much easier to keep diet on point at work/during the week when i'm in 1 or 2 places at MOST... oh well, still makin' progress! :D

P.S. I'm getting more looks at the gym. Can't tell if it's my "I own the place demeaner" or Grunting out through the heavy reps, or smell (I smell?... na, i smell like flowers ;) ) lol... love it either way! :D
 
Haha. Goof for you sarge. Looks are always nice. Always get them when doing tricieps and max out machines :) the smell....fuck it comes with the territory. I walk through the gym with a concentrated stare (thats what I like to call it). BE A FUCKING MACHINE!

Did Dumbell squats too... those were fun :rolleyes: last set was holding 100's for 4 reps I think.
Standing calve raises last set was 440 for 8 reps.
Lunges holding 55's.
Seated Calve: up to 4 plates for 10 i think

Light implies no leg sled or squat I guess, lol. It was good, my punishment for excess calories last night.

Just had a cup of egg whites and 2 tblsp. of ANPB... time to pass out.

quick update:

Legs tonight (again) ... wow, what's going on here?! lol.
Cardio 5 minutes.
Seated Calves topped out with 5 plates with 5's inbetween for "safety" lol.
Standing did a few sets.
Smith Squat 3 sets. 135, 185, 225
DB Squat 80's, 90's, 100's
Cardio for 15 minutes.

Sweated my ass off... good workout. Didn't want to dive into upperbody yet cuz my chest is still healing from friday and delts are first up this week... probably hitting them tomorrow or wednesday... may take tomorrow as an "off" day.

Intake was pretty on point... slacked with fitday today... i'll post log foods tomorrow.

Placed another monster order with AnaFit tonight... back on board completly, finishing up the YES bottle I have then crackin' a new one when it gets here!

Been feeling very hot all day and especially at night after workouts.

Internal body temp seems to have increased noticably lately.

Can not attribute it to any supplement, ect.

Meal timing, cardio, and or working legs a few times a week are possiblities.

Metabolism is WOT (wide open throttle) :D WOHOO... let the love handle melt off!!!!
 
I think I could be 110 lbs at 2% body fat and still look like I got a monter truck tire around my waist. BUT GOOD LUCK!

Well workin' late today, lots of personal issues going on, food needs to be bought to keep diet on track tonight... gym may be bumped.

5 sets Which will go something like Seated DB Presses
3-4 sets Side Lateral Raises (Using Cables? - haven't done that in a while)
3 sets hmmm... rear delt work on the reverse pec deck

12 sets is good for delts (trying to stimulate not annialate now, gotta remind myself that)

A few sets for Bis and Tris? ... maybe. Pec day tomorrow so maaaaaaybe no arm work.

Doctor appointment tomorrow, getting blood work done hopefully tomorrow so I don't have to make another appointment.

They are going to want you to be in a fasting state... is it in the morning?
If not, you may want to reschedule it for earlier so that way you don't have to go too long without eating. Especially for diabetes testing they will want a fasting blood glucose level.

damn was I fatigued 1/4 the way into it...

Flat DB Bench got up to 80's for 3
Flat BB Bench pathetic at 205 for like 2... I thought i was going to die. lol.
^^^ SUPERSETTED with:
Seated DB Overhead Presses worked up to 65's for 4
... just exhausted, musted up some energy...
Side laterals with 15's, 20's, 25's.
cable cross over side laterals, kept light and damn was it gooood.
back to the 15's 1 arm at a time, perfect form for 2 sets of 10 each side.
Seated Calves... 4 45's - 5's inbetween for finger gaps to pull off... and 25 on top for last set of 6 reps
Reverse Pec Deck, 2 sets...
Standing BB overhead presses up to 95lbs.


... didn't eat enough today AT ALL to do 2 bodyparts... damn I felt so weak the whole time, took forever (2 hours to do all that, lol).

My OS shit the bed at work today, hence pretty much zero online activity today here.

Doctors today: went VERY well... hadn't seen him in 2 years. And last time I was there (i asked) he said I weighed in at 196... HOLY SHIT!

left high school about 170-175 (same belly size i'm at now... never been leaner) ... 196 was from shitty food and booze. Now i'm much leaner 193 (midday weigh with food in me). 2 years off = 20 pounds of beef after workin' it for 1 year... not too shabby.

Well he said all I have to do is show up at the lab for testing 8-10 hours fasted for blood work... lol.

fuck yeah... so just gotta show up in the a.m. ... pick a day of my choice!

That means when I need blood work, if and when I decided to hit the "nitrious button" all I need to do is tell my doc and he sends the order to the lab... kick ASS!

Ok... it's pretty late, i gotta train... my gym is closed.

Went very well.

DB 90* rows: 70's, 80's, 90's, 105's for 5 as last set.

Bent over BB row (Strict): 85, 95, 115, 145, 165x4

Low cable pull 3 sets

BB Shrugs: 225, 315, 365x5

DB Shrugs: 80's, 95's, 100's

Lat Pull Down (1st time I've done these in a looooong ass time... not a fav. just mixing things up... because back is not priority) 3 sets.

Triceps.

Cable press downs 3 sets with "V" bar (lightish)
^^ again with rope for 3 sets heavier holding contraction at the bottom and pushing out.

DB overhead presses... and then the gym closed, lol... had to go.

I'll throw in a few sets tomorrow or the next to hit triceps a little more.

Clean as HELL.... not going out tonight, eating good foods and getting things done, starting a few personal projects :D

I'm noticing a difference already... I'm not going out for a few weekends at LEAST, this is too good.

Oxycalm really that good eh? Its proboly just super glue :) I think not partying hard on the weekends takes WAY more then some people realize. I couldnt and still think its hard to believe. Its nice not waking up at 3pm all hung over the next day and being able to get things done.

Diet this weekend. Not much food. But I get my protien and make an effort to eat clean. Meatballs/speg....high in carbs but it was good before workout. Lotta water and protien. You never have slept until 3!? Then you never partyed hard enough. :) But that would be a good thing...dont wanna end up like me. Oxycalm cant be that strong....if it is...shit ill never smoked weed again. Not that I have....in the last 2 years.....damn....i miss it. HAHAHA. Hope bunny dont read it....Ill end up getting an old thread that rips smoking pot to shit and how i am going to die...oh well she means good. Did dlets today....Killed it. I love when I can get sore doing delts(rare) Im doing almost all power exercises with delts because I want massive shoulders. I am taking legs off this week do to some wierd pain I am having on the inside of my right knee caps....kinda hurts for some reason.

Hick .. there are many others on this board that read this log & do have that common misconception, as shown in the various threads about Oxy & it's effectiveness. I didn't mention your name, call you out, or bring up bonging anything ... and I didn't for a reason ...
