3-4 sets Side Lateral Raises (Using Cables? - haven't done that in a while)
3 sets hmmm... rear delt work on the reverse pec deck
12 sets is good for delts (trying to stimulate not annialate now, gotta remind myself that)
A few sets for Bis and Tris? ... maybe. Pec day tomorrow so maaaaaaybe no arm work.
Doctor appointment tomorrow, getting blood work done hopefully tomorrow so I don't have to make another appointment.
