Dumbell incline 4 sets went up to 60's
Dumbell Flat bench 3 sets went up to 75's (another set of 55's repped it out and 1/4 reps at top for inner chest)
Pec Deck/Flys 3 sets
Flat Bench on Senior Smith 3 sets 185/205/135 - Some reverse grip, all close grip though... chest deff. toasted after that.
Cable Standing up flyes from lower bracket: 3 drop sets
30 mins of Cardio.
Time to eat again... peace out
P.S. The ONLY time I really felt my elbow "issue" was when i was taking off my wet ass t-shirt NICE ... wet tshirt contest eh? after cardio. So i'll deff. feel it when bi/tri day comes, hopefully it'll heal up by then.
