7 Weeks to a Shredded ME!...

WOW... 5 hour hike.

Thin air kicked my ass... I hate feeling like I can't take a deep breath.

The view was amazing at the summit of the mountain :)

40-45 lb pack on my back.

Came back with sore feet, achy traps from the backpack straps, hurtin' knees... and sunburned neck and forearms :rolleyes:

I'm beyond exhausted right now... lol, time to eat :)

I needed that wheelchair this morning for sure :rolleyes:

After being on the mountain and not eating much besides trailmix and vitamin water and plain H20 I ate EVERYTHING but the kitchen sink last night :chomp: lol... well deserved chow down... too bad it wasn't a big juicy burger I was craving..> BOOOOO!

I may have a momment to upload a few pics tonight..we will see :)

lol... yah, I hated life with that backpack... never again with that much weight for THAT long climbing... literally, climbing a mountain.

Got a few mountains to climb this summer... after this week of total chow-fest, one of them happens to be my friggin gut!!

Well it has been 5 days since my grueling hike up a good sized mountain.

Been 6 days since I last trained.

Today I'm getting my diet back on track... It won't fully in order until mid-end of this week though :rolleyes: (need food).

Procrastination kicked my ass and now i'm busting ass after work everyday until i'm done my course work that's overdue. Bad Sarge..BAD! :smash:

Aiming for training the end of the week... diet on track sooner hopefully.

We will see. I WILL be back on track next week with everything without a doubt at the VERY LATEST! :chomp:

My mind and body needed this little hiatus from training and dieting... been pushing hard for a long time (it seems).... But I feel the need to train already kicking in :evil:

Breaks are good they put things into perspective and show you what you really want. You WILL DO it!
