7 Weeks to a Shredded ME!...

It really means alot to me right now because this "break" is not a reward it's a punishment for putting thinigs off for so long (4 months I've had to do certain things and I was all diet, training, and work). I really wish I could enjoy this... I"m overwhelmed, I'm already becoming aggitated more easily cuz I haven't trained in a week (7 days today)... We live, learn, and hopefully don't do stupid shit again, lol.

I can't wait to start eating (like I should) and training again.

On top of all this, I may be going out of state on business the end of the week as well... which will be a GREAT thing, because I won't be stuck at a desk allllll day... i'll be able to train, (maybe eat better.... aka more often than right now), and get the course work I need to get done :)

All in all, I'll trudge my way threw the swamp and come out like freshly polished chrome :) Just gotta stay positive and do what I have to do to get my priorities back to the way I like them!

ok... it was decided by me that it was ass kicking time last night.
UPDATE:
Went to the GYM!

GINOURMOUSMONSTERSETS...none stop until i needed more energy near the 2/3 end of it :p

Flat BB Bench - 4 Sets (1 was warmup)
DB Rows - 2 sets
Seated DB OHP 3 sets
DB Lateral Raises 1 set

I think that's it... what i remember from memory at least cuz i didn't update last night obviously :p

I had such a damn headache midway through it was horrible.
Left elbow tendenitis was acting up big time too, not good. (Feels fine this morning though, thankfully)

Could have been the Cell Mass i tried cuz it was only 8 bucks on sale at DPS Nutrition :rolleyes: Or not enough food during the day (strong possiblity).
