When depleting before getting some pics taken last year, I low carbed it (green veggies only) & OMG I seriously felt like I was a space cadet ... lol I CAN relate to the feelings you've discussed, and also an athlete friend of mine wasn't getting enough (plays baseball & basketball) & wondered why he kept get dizzy & almost passing out all the time... we broke it down to his carb intake... some people are just ooober sensitive and need them to function.. MY MUSCLES need them & love me for it
