Mini Update:
~ 206lbs late afternoon yesterday .. that's a PR right there
200lbs even this morning, lol.... and looking alot better
... holding water is no fun.
Trained Legs last night... B.E.A.U.tiful routine... loved it. ended with 2 5 minute sessions on the Step Mill ... between 8-14 speed... friggin' soaked when I was done with that and could barely walk
... love it
