5x5 training whatcha all think?

Hows this for a routine? Not getting good response from training board figure I'd ask the pros :D

Anyway I could add front laterals and upright rows into this routine? Thats my biggest concern right now

Mon:
Flat Bench 5x5
Incline Flyers 2x8-10
Butterfly 2x8-10
Weighted Dips 5x5
Skull Crushers 2x8-10
Wrist Rollers 3x4

Tues:
Military Press 5x5
Side Laterals 2x8-10
Shrugs 2x8-10
Deadlifts 5x5
Good-Mornings 2x8-10
Bent-Over Rows 2x8-10
Calf Raises 5x15

Fri:
Close Grip Bench 5x5
Curls 5x5
Reverse Curls 2x8-10
Alternating Curls 2x2x8-10
Wrist Curls 2x8-10
Reverse Wrist Curls 2x8-10

Sat:
Box Squats 5x5
Step-Ups 2x8-10
Stiff Legged Deadlifts 2x8-10
Legs Extensions 2x8-10

The routine looks good to me except you are training tri's twice, I would suggest dropping the tri work on chest day. As for the upright rows and front laterals, both are pointless exercises so I would leave them out (front delts get more stimulation then they need on chest and shoulder days, and upright rows put the rotator cuff in such an injury prone position that the risks far outweigh any minimal benfits you'll get from the exercise)
