Hows this for a routine? Not getting good response from training board figure I'd ask the pros 
Anyway I could add front laterals and upright rows into this routine? Thats my biggest concern right now
Mon:
Flat Bench 5x5
Incline Flyers 2x8-10
Butterfly 2x8-10
Weighted Dips 5x5
Skull Crushers 2x8-10
Wrist Rollers 3x4

Military Press 5x5
