Update, my girl had a bladder infection, not much fun for her anyways once we left the Medicenter and took her home I went and ran 5-6 flights of stairs and went back into the gym did about 75 bw dips and then headed home. Picked up some sinus medication too I normally tough it out but ive had enough I haven't slept hardly the last 2 nights ON my time off work so I want to sleep like a baby tonight

Very exciting day. Woke up and crushed back bis, not going to post numbers I am pretty lazy right now but it was a good workout. Having some beers out In the sun now , may need to let loose a little and unwind. My cold seems to be gone too thankfully.

Well, fuck, I go out and have a little fun and the wife gets choked and goes to stay with her parents, I have been working so hard on fixing our relationship and it all goes to shit. I'm pretty upset today, I don't know if I'll train.
