K kroddy_man New member Feb 21, 2003 #12 oops i left that off... shoulders: seated db press lateral raises upright rows all 4 x 8-10 as for calves and forearms, i do calves every so often but find that they are hit pretty good on squats. forarms don't get worked specifically. thanks for the tips all!! -km
