I have done bent rows with 4 plates, deadlifted 5 plates, squatted 5 plates for sets of 10-12, bench pressed 4 plates, and done tricep kickbacks with 4 plates (just seeing if you were paying attention Stick)
I watched some kid locking out and BOUNCING about 300# on a leg press machine. I tried to tell him to ease up a bit but he just looked at me like I was an idiot. They carried him away on a stretcher about 30 min later. Go figure.
