6 on squat and deads, but bench only 4. That was 3 years ago when I gave a shit about being big... more into MMA and fitness now.. Probably not a 6 plater on deads and squats.
13 plates each side on the leg press. 4 plates easily on the bench for reps. I don't bench heavy anymore because of my injury. 6 plates on the squat and deadlift.
Back at my biggest in 1996 I was 265 @ 5'10 and around 15% BF I was doing a 5x5 W 605 for squats and doing five sets of singles with 700 lbs on teh dead. I can still squat and deadlift over 600 for singles but I'm around 235-240 and 10%-12% BF. Here are some pics; http://photos.yahoo.com/javaguru01
