300g protein a day not well

I’m not doing well on 300g protein a day
like yesterday I had 3 protein shakes, a steak, a burger, chicken, and some other protein on top. Came out to 300g on the dot. But my stomach does not feel well at all doing this type of diet. Any advice as to how I can digest this easier?
 
There's no reason to overeat. You can get just as good results on, 200 g of protein.
 
Got to be careful when it comes to your gut health. A lot of people neglect it but and the end of the day you have to be careful.
 
300 g on the dot is perfect. But you don't need that much protein. Even 250 is fine as long as it's quality.
