hey i have a similar 3 day a week routine, but it goes
mon: chest/biceps
wed: Back/sholders
fri: legs/tri's
I played around with a few things and found this best for me.
Anyway, it looks like you have a little too much for each muscle group. I do 3 different workouts 3 times for each muscle group. Any more than that would just be tearing my muscles way too much. Do you juice?
