I have to say that based on my research, which was pretty in depth, I thought that jabbing EOD would be sufficient.
So I think I will stick with that for this cycle, plus Im not too fond of the idea of jabbing everyday!
I did a metabolic conditioning session last night and had some real problems with my back tightening up, I took some electrolytes, taurine and ALA before the session but the pain was pretty bad.
Has anyobe else had problems with their lower backs on prop / var or both together? If so how did you deal with it?
Strength today, so looking forward to some new PBs!!!
