perhaps the standing military, squats, and deads are also not doing you a favour in the back pump department. A split with a lot of spinal erector engagement will usually cause discomfort
Yea I agree, I am currently in a frequency block where I am overloading each bodypart training it 3 times a week. I only have one week left before I am goin back to a 3 day pulling, pushing and leg split. So this may help too?
Not feeling too bad this morning after 2 days of lots of water and taking a bit more care, hoping this will get rid of the problem overall over the weekend.
On a positive note I added 22lbs to my squat for 12 reps and 11lbs to my bench for 12 reps yesterday so the stength is still going through the roof, obviously I gave deads a lift with my back. I have also now gained about 8lbs altogether, while at least maintaining if not dropping bf.
Lets hope my back sorts itself out and my strength keeps going up, after next week I will be concentrationg on dropping bodyfat and maintaining weight as much as I can. Will keep you all updated.
