perhaps the standing military, squats, and deads are also not doing you a favour in the back pump department. A split with a lot of spinal erector engagement will usually cause discomfort

Yea I agree, I am currently in a frequency block where I am overloading each bodypart training it 3 times a week. I only have one week left before I am goin back to a 3 day pulling, pushing and leg split. So this may help too?

Not feeling too bad this morning after 2 days of lots of water and taking a bit more care, hoping this will get rid of the problem overall over the weekend.

On a positive note I added 22lbs to my squat for 12 reps and 11lbs to my bench for 12 reps yesterday so the stength is still going through the roof, obviously I gave deads a lift with my back. I have also now gained about 8lbs altogether, while at least maintaining if not dropping bf.

Lets hope my back sorts itself out and my strength keeps going up, after next week I will be concentrationg on dropping bodyfat and maintaining weight as much as I can. Will keep you all updated.

QUESTION:

In previous cycles what have you guys found gives you the best results for cutting bodyfat?
My intention after this week of frequency is to go into a conditioning block, which will look like this:
Legs on monday, Upper body pushing Weds, Upper Body Pulling Fri. With Metabolic conditioning tuesday and thursday AM and Fitness tues and thursday PM. Saturday is game day sunday rest.
The weights will be lighter with higher reps and less rest.

Let me know your thoughts guys,

UPDATE:

The pain in my back has gone now, Im not sure whether or not it was my kidnesy, my liver or just a strain, but N2 Guard, cranberry juice and Taurine have all helped as well as consciously drinking more water.
The strength is still flying high and Im happy with how things are going.
Looking forward to ripping up a bit now over the next 4-5weeks.

Yes, if you are not drinking enough water, it would definetly result in what you are experiencing with the back pumps. I had that exact same thing happen to me.

Thanks mate, yea like I said they have died down now, and Im pretty sure it was not enough water that caused it.
What cycle did you run and what were the results like?

For me whenever I take anavar the pumps will be very intense no matter what. Sometimes the pumps are so tight I have to take break and stretch for a few minutes while training. As for back pumps I'm assuming you mean the kidney area. Lower the dosage, keep drinking lots of water, and continue with the taurine.

Thanks for the input mate, the pumps have died down with the water increase to be fair.
Also the var tabs I have are in 50mg tabs so I would only be able to half the dosage, and I dont think this is the best thing to do as the strength is going up so well.

SIDES UPDATE:

I have been experiencing a bit of tenderness in my nipples over the last day or two.
I am not sure if this is due to cold weather or maybe as a side effect from the course.
Has anyone had similare problems to this? If so how did you deal with it?

CYCLE UPDATE:

I have started taking HCGenerate today, since I have two boxes on hand I have decided to take 5caps in the morning and 5caps in the evening.
I will also be taking my 1st HCG jab today.
To be honest I haven't noticed too much atrophy in my balls over the 1st 4 weeks of the cycle, but I am hoping that the HCG and the generate will pump them right back up to where they were in no time.

Overall I am happy with the gains I have got so far, I have gained about 10lbs, I have dropped 1-2% bodyfat (I also started conditioning yesterday with a brutal leg session, which will really kickstart my fat loss) and I have had some great strength gains, putting on 30-40+ lbs on my major lifts, I hope I can keep this up and will keep you guys posted.
