Hi guys, sorry its been a while since my last update.
I am well and truely into conditioning now, and I have lost 2lbs, which is defiantely fat, and if anything I have put on more muscle still!
I am feeling good, strong and the cycle is coming along nicely!
The one problem I have been has been with running, I have had real problems with my calves tightening up and my feet cramping too, I am taking plenty of taurine, potassium and electrolytes. Lots of water too, so not sure what to do with this. Any ideas?
