Approved Log 2025 IFBB debut cycle and progress Log

@Raptor Rep @Raptor Labs gear definitely looks more appetising than my meals.

couple of my rest day meals this week. hunger is kicking in now but the pumpkin is coming in clutch.

mashed pumpkin, chicken and some air fried sweet Potatoe. was full after this one !

weetbix, wpi, blueberries, honey, banana and a little peanut butter baked in the air fryer.

not the most appetising looking meals but we do what we got to do.
this was a really good diet man. gotta give you a lot of credit. keep up the good work! @Dr.Dolittle would love to try out that dish it looks good

slight decrease in weight this week sitting at 103.5 kg. weights still moving good and dropping body fat whilst holding fullness.



Changes This Week:

  • Removed tren ace due to unwanted side effect ☹
  • 3 low days and 3 high days (Monday-Wednesday low days Thursday-Saturday high days) to see how my compisiton changes.
  • Added in Raptor Anavar 20 mg per day


Current PED Protocol:

  • Test E – 350 mg/week
  • Primo E – 840 mg/week
  • GH – 8 IU/day
  • Rapid Insulin – 5 IU pre-workout
  • Anadrol – 50 mg on leg days
  • Clen – 80 mcg/day
  • Anavar – 20 mg/ day

280 g protein

377 g carbs

49 g fat
