They moved golds eh!?! I was like wtf, I've been going to the one at the mall often now, it's close to where my girl is. I'm back and forth between golds on the north end, WEM, and hardcore on the southside.
I switched to World Health. I was at Golds for 3 years though but hated the new location. World Health is a whole different atmosphere but change is good sometimes.
I've peeked through world health a few times, wasn't really my type of atmosphere lol

There's a whole lotta stretching that goes on in World Health but not a lot of heavy lifting! When I'm the buff one in the gym, you know there's a problem. LOL
