Will i lose a lot of muscles from doing absolutely no workouts. I'm planing a trip for 2 weeks when i probably won't have time to workout. What is the best way to preserve the muscles. Thank you
but if you have muscle memory you will make it back no problem
If I took 2 weeks off my strength would drop but my muscles would feel fresher. so its always a good idea to take a break like that, and even better to de-load
You can do push ups, sit ups, chins from something you can hang from, tris on the arms of a chair, the list is endless. I'd go bonkers if I didn't train for 2 or 3 days let alone 2 weeks. But that's me, just sayin....
